ADDERALL 7.5 is a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine, which are non-catecholamine sympathomimetic amines with CNS stimulant activity. Benzphetamine is a sympathomimetic amine that acts as a central nervous system stimulant. It primarily works by promoting the release of norepinephrine and dopamine from presynaptic nerve terminals in the brain, which leads to appetite suppression and increased energy expenditure.
