1. Usage Agreement
By using this platform, you acknowledge that all calculations must be independently verified. The clinical information provided is based on peer-reviewed guidelines but remains subject to change as medical standards evolve.
2. Limitation of Liability
OpiCalc and its developers shall not be held liable for any clinical errors, adverse patient outcomes, or data entry mistakes arising from the use of these tools. You assume full responsibility for the clinical application of any results obtained.
3. No Warranties
"As-Is" Service: We provide these tools 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular clinical purpose.
