ADQUEY (aducanumab) is a human monoclonal antibody that selectively targets aggregated forms of amyloid beta (Aβ), including soluble oligomers and insoluble fibrils, reducing Aβ plaques in the brain. The exact mechanism linking Aβ reduction to clinical improvement is not fully established.
