It inhibits ALK and ROS1 phosphorylation, blocking downstream signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation and survival.
Mychel is a topical antifungal agent that inhibits ergosterol synthesis by binding to fungal cytochrome P450 14α-demethylase, disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity.
AEMCOLO (rifamycin) delayed-release tablets: 600 mg orally twice daily for 3 days. Take with or without food.
Adults: 200 mg orally twice daily for 14 days.
