ALBAMYCIN

Albamycin (novobiocin) inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, disrupting DNA supercoiling and replication.

ALFENTA

μ-opioid receptor agonist that activates G-protein coupled receptors to inhibit adenylate cyclase, decreasing c AMP production, leading to reduced neuronal excitability and pain transmission.
