ALBAMYCIN

Albamycin (novobiocin) inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, disrupting DNA supercoiling and replication.

AMOSENE

Amosene is a benzodiazepine that enhances gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) activity at GABA-A receptors, increasing chloride ion conductance and neuronal hyperpolarization, leading to anxiolytic, sedative, and muscle relaxant effects.

ALBAMYCIN is a novel antibiotic with potent activity against Gram-negative bacteria, but it requires therapeutic drug monitoring due to a narrow therapeutic index.
