Norepinephrine and dopamine reuptake inhibitor; also weakly inhibits serotonin reuptake. Enhances synaptic concentrations of norepinephrine and dopamine, particularly in prefrontal cortex.
ALYACEN 7/7/7 is a combination oral contraceptive containing ethinyl estradiol 0.02 mg and drospirenone 3 mg. One tablet taken orally once daily for 28 days (7 active, 7 placebo, 7 active) without a hormone-free interval.
