AMCINONIDE vs CLOBETASOL PROPIONATE

Corticosteroid that binds to glucocorticoid receptors, modulating gene transcription to inhibit phospholipase A2, reduce prostaglandin and leukotriene synthesis, and suppress inflammatory cell migration and cytokine production.
Corticosteroid that binds to the glucocorticoid receptor, leading to inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokines and suppression of immune response via modulation of gene expression.
Topical: Apply a thin film to affected skin areas twice daily. Maximum 60 g per week. Use for no longer than 2 consecutive weeks.
Apply topically as a thin film to affected areas once to twice daily. Maximum 50 g/week. Treatment duration not to exceed 2 consecutive weeks.
