AMCINONIDE vs HEMSOL-HC

Corticosteroid that binds to glucocorticoid receptors, modulating gene transcription to inhibit phospholipase A2, reduce prostaglandin and leukotriene synthesis, and suppress inflammatory cell migration and cytokine production.
Corticosteroid that binds to glucocorticoid receptors, modulating gene expression to reduce inflammation and immune response.
Topical: Apply a thin film to affected skin areas twice daily. Maximum 60 g per week. Use for no longer than 2 consecutive weeks.
Intravenous: 100 mg hydralazine hydrochloride (equivalent to 80.5 mg hydralazine base) administered over 30 minutes, every 6 hours as needed, for a maximum of 48 hours. Oral: 10–50 mg every 6 hours, adjusted based on response.
