Amosene is a benzodiazepine that enhances gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) activity at GABA-A receptors, increasing chloride ion conductance and neuronal hyperpolarization, leading to anxiolytic, sedative, and muscle relaxant effects.
BREXAFEMME (ibrexafungerp) inhibits glucan synthase, an enzyme involved in fungal cell wall synthesis, disrupting cell wall integrity and causing fungal cell death.
