APADAZ is a combination of benzhydrocodone, a prodrug of hydrocodone, and acetaminophen. JOBEVNE is a monoclonal antibody that binds to and inhibits the activity of a specific cytokine receptor, reducing inflammatory signaling.
Each tablet contains benzhydrocodone 4.08 mg (hydrocodone 3.33 mg) and acetaminophen 325 mg. One to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain; maximum 12 tablets per 24 hours.
