ARMONAIR DIGIHALER contains fluticasone furoate and umeclidinium, and vilanterol. Umeclidinium is a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) that blocks acetylcholine at M3 receptors, causing bronchodilation. Beclomethasone dipropionate is a corticosteroid that exhibits anti-inflammatory activity.
