Asbron is a combination product containing theophylline and guaifenesin. Polmon (polymyxin B) is a cationic polypeptide antibiotic that disrupts bacterial cell membrane integrity by binding to lipopolysaccharides and phospholipids in the outer membrane, increasing permeability and causing cell death.
