Betamethasone dipropionate is a glucocorticoid receptor agonist that binds to cytosolic glucocorticoid receptors, leading to modulation of gene transcription. FERNISOLONE-P is a corticosteroid that binds to the glucocorticoid receptor, leading to modulation of gene expression and suppression of inflammatory mediators like prostaglandins and leukotrienes.
Apply topically as 0.05% cream, ointment, or lotion to affected area once or twice daily. Maximum: 45 g/week.
