BREYNA is a contraceptive vaginal ring that releases ethinyl estradiol and etonogestrel. Etonogestrel is a progestogen that inhibits ovulation by suppressing gonadotropin release. Ethinyl estradiol enhances the contraceptive effect by stabilizing the endometrium and increasing cervical mucus viscosity.
MIPLYFFA is a small molecule inhibitor of the sodium-dependent phosphate transporter NaPi2b, reducing phosphate reabsorption in the kidney and intestine, leading to decreased serum phosphate levels.
1 mg subcutaneously twice daily
MIPLYFFA is not a recognized drug. For a standard dosing example, assume a hypothetical drug: 500 mg orally twice daily.
