BRINSUPRI is a novel oral cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor that selectively inhibits CDK4 and CDK6, thereby blocking phosphorylation of the retinoblastoma (Rb) protein and preventing G1-to-S phase cell cycle progression. This induces cell cycle arrest in cancer cells with intact Rb function.
Lisinopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor that decreases angiotensin II production, reducing vasoconstriction and aldosterone secretion, leading to decreased blood pressure.
4 mg orally once daily, with or without food.
Initial dose 10 mg orally once daily; titrate to target dose of 20-40 mg daily based on blood pressure response.
