BUTOCONAZOLE NITRATE vs M-ZOLE 3 COMBINATION PACK

Inhibits fungal cytochrome P450 14α-demethylase, blocking ergosterol synthesis and disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity.
Miconazole inhibits fungal CYP450 14α-demethylase, blocking ergosterol synthesis and disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity. Zinc pyrithione inhibits fungal growth by disrupting membrane transport and inhibiting energy metabolism.
Intravaginal administration: 100 mg (one applicatorful of 2% cream) once daily for 3 days; or 100 mg (one suppository) once daily for 3 days; or 5 g (one applicatorful of 4% cream) as a single dose.
A single oral dose of 3 tablets (M-ZOLE 3 COMBINATION PACK) as a one-time treatment.
