Mechanism of Action
CALCIPOTRIENE

Calcipotriene is a synthetic vitamin D3 analogue that binds to vitamin D receptors (VDR) in keratinocytes, inhibiting cell proliferation and promoting differentiation. It also modulates immune responses by reducing cytokine production.

ACETAMINOPHEN AND PENTAZOCINE HYDROCHLORIDE

Pentazocine is a mixed agonist-antagonist opioid analgesic that binds to mu, kappa, and sigma opioid receptors, primarily acting as an agonist at kappa receptors and partial agonist at mu receptors, resulting in analgesic and sedative effects.
