CARISOPRODOL AND ASPIRIN

Carisoprodol is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that modulates GABA-A receptor activity and may act as a weak partial agonist at the central nervous system. Aspirin irreversibly inhibits cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), reducing prostaglandin synthesis, which results in analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory effects.

POMBILITI

POMBILITI (elafibranor) is a dual peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) alpha/delta agonist that modulates lipid metabolism, inflammation, and fibrosis pathways. It reduces hepatic steatosis, inflammation, and ballooning by increasing fatty acid oxidation and decreasing lipogenesis.

POMBILITI

Pombiliti (cipaglucosidase alfa) is a recombinant human acid alpha-glucosidase (GAA) enzyme replacement therapy for Pompe disease. Do not confuse with alglucosidase alfa (Myozyme/Lumizyme). Requires premedication with antihistamines and antipyretics due to risk of infusion-associated reactions (IARs). Monitor for anaphylaxis, particularly during initial infusions.
