CLINIMIX E 2.75/5 is a combination of amino acids, electrolytes, and dextrose used for parenteral nutrition. Intravenous infusion: 1.5 g/kg/day (amino acids) as part of parenteral nutrition; typical infusion rate 0.8-1.5 g/kg/hr.
