Mechanism of Action
COLYTE

Colyte is a polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based osmotic laxative that induces diarrhea by retaining water in the gastrointestinal tract via osmotic forces, thereby cleansing the colon.

NATPARA

Recombinant human parathyroid hormone (PTH 1-84) that binds to PTH1 receptors, increasing serum calcium by enhancing renal calcium reabsorption, intestinal calcium absorption, and bone resorption.
