DULERA is a combination of formoterol fumarate, a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA), and mometasone furoate, a corticosteroid. Mometasone furoate reduces inflammation in the lungs by inhibiting inflammatory mediators and suppressing immune responses.
