400 mg orally every 6 to 8 hours; maximum daily dose 2400 mg.
Theophylline (THEOCLEAR L.A.-260) 260 mg orally every 12 hours. Adjust dose based on serum theophylline concentrations to achieve 5-15 mcg/mL.
