Adults: 1 g (as amoxicillin 875 mg + clavulanate 125 mg) orally every 12 hours for 7-10 days.
KLEBCIL (ceftazidime-avibactam) 2.5 g (ceftazidime 2 g + avibactam 0.5 g) IV every 8 hours infused over 2 hours.
