Elifemme is a small-molecule inhibitor of the bromodomain and extraterminal (BET) family of proteins, specifically BRD4. It disrupts the interaction between BET proteins and acetylated histones, thereby inhibiting oncogene transcription including MYC and BCL2.
Selective inhibitor of Janus kinase 1 (JAK1), modulating the JAK-STAT signaling pathway to reduce pro-inflammatory cytokine production.
Subcutaneous injection: 0.5 mL (15 mg) once weekly.
KEMEYA (zoledronic acid) 5 mg intravenously once yearly for osteoporosis. For Paget disease, 5 mg intravenously as a single dose.
