Elifemme is a small-molecule inhibitor of the bromodomain and extraterminal (BET) family of proteins, specifically BRD4. It disrupts the interaction between BET proteins and acetylated histones, thereby inhibiting oncogene transcription including MYC and BCL2.
MIUDELLA (everolimus) is an mTOR inhibitor that binds to the FKBP-12 protein to form a complex that inhibits the mTOR kinase activity, thereby reducing cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and glucose uptake.
Subcutaneous injection: 0.5 mL (15 mg) once weekly.
Intravenous: 1.5 mg/kg every 12 hours for 14 days.
