Emrelis is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the interaction between programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2, thereby activating T-cell-mediated antitumor immune response.
Phenylephrine is a selective alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist causing vasoconstriction; promethazine is a phenothiazine derivative that blocks histamine H1 receptors and has anticholinergic, antiemetic, and sedative effects.
100 mg subcutaneously once weekly.
