Mechanism of Action
EVZIO

Naloxone is an opioid antagonist that competitively binds to mu-opioid receptors, reversing opioid-induced respiratory depression and analgesia.

DEMADEX

Inhibits the Na-K-2Cl symporter in the thick ascending limb of the loop of Henle, reducing reabsorption of sodium, chloride, and potassium, leading to increased urine output.
