Frindovyx is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that potentiates serotonergic activity in the central nervous system by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin at the synaptic cleft.
Solifenacin is a competitive muscarinic receptor antagonist. It binds selectively to M3 muscarinic receptors, inhibiting acetylcholine action on smooth muscle of the urinary bladder, reducing detrusor overactivity and increasing bladder capacity.
10 mg orally once daily.
5 mg orally once daily, may increase to 10 mg once daily if tolerated.

Terminal elimination half-life is 12-15 hours in patients with normal renal function; prolonged to 24-30 hours in moderate renal impairment (CrCl 30-50 mL/min) and up to 48 hours in severe impairment (CrCl <30 mL/min).
Terminal elimination half-life is approximately 45-68 hours (mean ~55 hours) in healthy adults, allowing once-daily dosing.
Renal excretion of unchanged drug accounts for approximately 60% of the administered dose, with an additional 30% recovered as inactive metabolites in urine. Fecal/biliary elimination constitutes the remaining 10%.
Primarily renal: ~69% as metabolites (including active metabolite 4R-hydroxy solifenacin) and ~7% as unchanged drug. Fecal excretion accounts for ~23% (mainly as metabolites).
