GLYSET

Competitive inhibitor of alpha-glucosidase enzymes in the small intestine, delaying the breakdown of complex carbohydrates into monosaccharides and reducing postprandial hyperglycemia.

ALFUZOSIN HYDROCHLORIDE

Selective antagonist of postsynaptic alpha-1 adrenergic receptors in the prostate, bladder base, and prostatic urethra, leading to smooth muscle relaxation and improved urine flow.
