KONVOMEP vs Lamotrigine

Fosnetupitant is a neurokinin-1 (NK1) receptor antagonist that inhibits substance P binding; palonosetron is a serotonin-3 (5-HT3) receptor antagonist that blocks emetic signals in the chemoreceptor trigger zone and gastrointestinal tract.
Stabilizes neuronal membranes by blocking voltage-gated sodium channels and inhibiting the release of excitatory neurotransmitters, particularly glutamate and aspartate.
IV: 8 mg (as netupitant 235 mg/palonosetron 0.25 mg combination) over 15 minutes on day 1 of chemotherapy.
Initial: 25 mg orally once daily for 2 weeks, then 50 mg once daily for 2 weeks, then increase by 50 mg every 1-2 weeks. Maintenance: 100-200 mg twice daily (200-400 mg/day). Maximum: 400 mg/day.
