Levocetirizine is a selective peripheral histamine H1-receptor antagonist. It has lower affinity for central H1 receptors and anticholinergic properties compared to first-generation antihistamines.
Levocabastine is a selective histamine H1-receptor antagonist, inhibiting histamine release from mast cells and basophils.
Oral, 5 mg once daily in the evening.
