LIBRELEASE is a novel therapeutic agent that modulates neurotransmitter release by binding to presynaptic voltage-gated calcium channels, specifically the alpha-2-delta subunit, thereby reducing calcium influx and subsequent neurotransmitter exocytosis. This results in decreased neuronal excitability and modulation of pain pathways.
Mennium 10-4 is a combination of chlordiazepoxide, a benzodiazepine that enhances GABA-A receptor activity, and clidinium, an antimuscarinic that blocks muscarinic acetylcholine receptors.
10 mg once daily, oral, administered in the morning.
Adults: 1 tablet (chlordiazepoxide 10 mg / clidinium 4 mg) orally 3 to 4 times daily before meals and at bedtime. Max: 4 tablets per day.
