MIUDELLA (everolimus) is an mTOR inhibitor that binds to the FKBP-12 protein to form a complex that inhibits the mTOR kinase activity, thereby reducing cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and glucose uptake.
One tablet orally once daily for 28 consecutive days. Each tablet contains norethindrone acetate 1 mg and ethinyl estradiol 20 mcg. Active tablets (21 days) followed by ferrous fumarate 75 mg inert tablets (7 days).
Intravenous: 1.5 mg/kg every 12 hours for 14 days.
