0.5-2 mg orally every 6-8 hours as needed. Maximum 4 mg/day.
1 tablet (chlordiazepoxide 5 mg / clinidium bromide 2.5 mg) orally 3 to 4 times daily before meals and at bedtime. Maximum dose: 8 tablets per day.
