Mixed agonist-antagonist at mu-opioid receptor; full agonist at kappa-opioid receptor; weak antagonist at mu-opioid receptor.

Selective enhancement of slow inactivation of voltage-gated sodium channels, stabilizing neuronal membranes and inhibiting excitatory neurotransmitter release.

Standard Dosing
NALBUPHINE HYDROCHLORIDE
