Mechanism of Action
NASACORT

Triamcinolone acetonide, a corticosteroid, exerts anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting phospholipase A2, reducing prostaglandin and leukotriene synthesis, and suppressing cytokine production, thereby decreasing nasal inflammation.

AEROLATE

Theophylline competitively inhibits phosphodiesterase, increasing c AMP levels, and acts as an adenosine receptor antagonist, leading to bronchodilation and reduced airway inflammation.

Standard Dosing
