ORALONE vs XENEISOL

ORALONE is a synthetic corticosteroid with potent anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. It binds to the glucocorticoid receptor, leading to modulation of gene expression and inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
XENEISOL is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that potentiates serotonergic activity in the central nervous system by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin at the synaptic cleft.
0.3-0.6 mg/kg IV/IM every 4-6 hours as needed; maximum single dose 30 mg.
10 mg orally once daily, titrated to a maximum of 20 mg daily based on response and tolerability.
