PYLARIFY is a PSMA-targeted PET imaging agent composed of a urea-based PSMA ligand (piflufolastat) labeled with fluorine-18. It binds to prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) on prostate cancer cells, allowing PET imaging for detection of PSMA-positive lesions.
Technetium Tc-99m oxidronate (HDP) is a bone-seeking radiopharmaceutical that localizes to areas of osteoblastic activity. It binds to hydroxyapatite crystals in bone via chemisorption, allowing scintigraphic imaging of skeletal lesions.
1 mg/kg intravenously every 3 months.
For bone scintigraphy: 740 MBq (20 mCi) intravenous injection.
