Preventive Screening

USPSTF Grade A & B Recommendations: Evidence-based preventive screening triage based on age, sex, and risk factors.

Statin for Primary Prevention

Grade B. If 10-yr ASCVD risk ≥ 10%.

Lipid Screening

Grade A/B. Periodically evaluate cardiovascular risk.

Colorectal Cancer Screening

Grade A. Colonoscopy (10y), FIT (1y), or Cologuard (3y).

Breast Cancer Screening

Grade B (new). Mammography every 2 years.

Cervical Cancer Screening

Grade A. Pap smear every 3 years or HPV/Co-test every 5.

Prediabetes/DM2 Screening

Grade B. Screen if overweight or obese (BMI ≥ 25).
