Use with caution in patients with bleeding disorders or those on anticoagulants, as it may increase bleeding tendency. Monitor for corneal toxicity, especially in patients with compromised corneal integrity. Ensure proper storage at room temperature and discard if solution changes color or becomes cloudy.

ADALAT

Adalat (nifedipine) is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. Use immediate-release capsules only for hypertensive emergencies, not chronic treatment due to risk of reflex tachycardia and unpredictable hypotension.
