Amikacin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. Aminoglycosides can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman. Second/Third trimester: Use only if clearly needed and if benefit outweighs risk; associated with irreversible bilateral congenital deafness when administered during pregnancy.

FLORINEF

Fludrocortisone (Florinef) is a corticosteroid with mineralocorticoid activity. In animal studies, corticosteroids have been associated with cleft palate and other malformations.
