Severe Anaemia
Severe palmar pallor. Refer URGENTLY to hospital.
Anaemia
Some palmar pallor. Give Ferrous sulphate (1/2 tab if 1-5yrs, 1ml syrup if 2-12mo) daily.
De-worming
If ≥1 year and no dose in 6 months, give Mebendazole.
