Warfarin Reversal

Vitamin K 5 mg slow IV. If severe bleeding, give Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP).

ITP (First Line)

Prednisolone 0.5-2 mg/kg/day.

Platelet Transfusion

Indicated if bleeding or platelet count <10,000/µL in high-risk patients.
