Cellulitis — Uganda (General Adult population)
First Line
Elevate limb. Cloxacillin 500 mg every 6 hours for 7 days.
Severe
Ceftriaxone 1 g IV every 12 hours for 3 days, then complete oral course.
Pain
Paracetamol 1 g every 6-8 hours.
