Restlessness/Agitation
Haloperidol 0.5-1 mg every 8 hours OR Risperidone 0.5-1 mg once daily at night. Monitor for extrapyramidal effects (treat with Benzhexol).

General Care
Psychosocial interventions, family psychoeducation. AVOID Diazepam (risk of falls).
