Open-angle
Timolol 0.5% eye drops: 1 drop 12 hourly. Avoid in asthma/heart block.
Acute Angle-closure (Emergency)
Mannitol 20% slow IV infusion + Acetazolamide 500 mg oral stat then 250 mg 6 hourly.
