Treatment
1.
If HIV Positive
Start ARVs. Child should receive HepB vaccine at birth.
2.
If HIV Negative
Refer for further testing (HBeAg, HBV DNA) to assess transmission risk. Child immunized at birth. Breastfeeding is safe.
