Pediatric
Treatment

Infant Prophylaxis
Nevirapine (NVP) daily for 6 weeks (12 weeks for high risk). Cotrimoxazole from 6 weeks until HIV status confirmed.
Pregnant Women
Treatment
1.
Newly Diagnosed
Start HAART (Option B+) immediately for life. TDF/3TC/DTG is the preferred regimen.
2.
During Labour
Avoid episiotomy, ARM, and instrumental delivery. Do not milk the umbilical cord.
