Kaposi’s Sarcoma — Uganda (General Adult population)
Clinical Features
Skin nodules, mucous membrane lesions (palate/ENT), lymphadenopathy. AIDS-related KS is common.
Investigations
Biopsy, Full Blood Count, HIV screening, CXR (for pleural effusions).
Treatment (General)
Refer to oncology center. If HIV positive, ensure optimized ART.
